No unlawful activities, scraping at scale, or attempts to bypass controls. You agree not to disrupt the service, probe security, or use automated means that materially degrade performance for others.

• Abuse: No harassment, hate speech, or deceptive conduct.
• Automation: No bots, crawlers, or mass extraction unless explicitly authorized.
• Security: No reverse engineering, circumvention, or exploitation attempts.

Service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet all expectations.

• No warranties: Including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness where disclaimed.
• Indirect damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages where excluded.
• Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 3 months, unless law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.
